Hi All,

Would like to highlight few points that can help you in living a healthy and fit life –

  1. Understand the nutritional values of what you eat.
  2. Have more protein (Eg. Body weight = 80 Kg , Protein Intake should be = 160 gram)
  3. Have more fiber (good for digestion)
  4. Take probiotic like yogurt.
  5. Get More sleep.
  6. Reduce stress by doing yoga.
  7. Get more Vitamin D (Deficiency of this can be a reason of obese)
  8. Eat in Small portions.
  9. Chew your food properly.
  10. Avoid sugary beverages.
