We all like to stay fit and healthy. To achieve these goals, everyone needs to eat clean and do some exercise. Diet planning is something which we all do but unable to follow for a longer period. Either because of budget constraint or because of lack in focus.
Diet planning is purely based on your goal i.e. either to get lean or to get bulky. Diet changes with the type of goal you wish to achieve. More carb (for energy) and high protein (for muscle building) should be the base of any diet chart.
Anyone can create their own diet plan with the knowledge of nutritional values in any food item.
Basic things like milk, dairy product, fruits, pulses, egg, non veg. & vegetables should be essential part of your diet plan. I will soon share a chronological plan for all of you.
